We're still collecting news clippings for your on-going education - the subject (of course) being Bulgarian real estate, particularly Bourgas/Nessebar and Sofia. The newest postings (which will go live tonight) concentrate on the statistics from the year's sales from 2007, and, of course, some predictions. Since there's a little bit for every interest (apartments, houses, Nessebar/Sunny Beach, Sofia, etc.), you owe it to yourself to take a look.
