Hi there!

We're still collecting news clippings for your on-going education - the subject (of course) being Bulgarian real estate, particularly Bourgas/Nessebar and Sofia. The newest postings (which will go live tonight) concentrate on the statistics from the year's sales from 2007, and, of course, some predictions. Since there's a little bit for every interest (apartments, houses, Nessebar/Sunny Beach, Sofia, etc.), you owe it to yourself to take a look. Just a quick note ...

Hello everybody!

We just put a few more new clippings up on the website (http://good2004.biz/news_clippings.htm) and part of the excitement there is in Russian interest in the Bulgarian real estate market. One of the clippings talks about 29'000 advertisements in a Russian website - all for Bulgarian properties! Looks like the Brits have competition!

New News and Happy New Year!

Hi there!

First of all, we here at Bulgaria Realtor - Good 2004 want to wish all of our readers and their friends and families a terriffic 2008!

Back to business again. There are a few new clippings on the website since mid-December, and a few more that will be put up later today. One in particular is interesting, since it talks about buying a house on-line. It's actually in the UK, but the vast majority of the information - maybe 90% of it - is applicable world-wide!
